This is applicable to Sec 3s and Sec2s alike.
I would like to set the record straight on my expectations regarding certain issues.
Punctuality.
I am not merely referring to the time you report to the general office but also the time you are supposed to report to the 2nd floor (7:20AM) to prepare for FRC. Rather than waiting for Debi or myself to prompt you guys, have initiative. Check the time. Remind the rest of the flag-raisers as well.
Have Pride.
Please remember that just as your voice is amplified through the microphone, so are the background noises and your tone of speech. People can indeed tell if you are about to burst into a fit of laughter. Also, if you are in the G.O. while the pledge-taker is making announcements, please lower down your voices.
I know human and technical errors are bound to occur sometimes. Thus, we should take extra care in the things we do to minimise them.
Talk is cheap. A superior man is modest in his speech but exceeds in his actions. Let's start the year off well and adopt a greater sense of mission this 2010 alright?
